Our personal training programmes for pregnant women will improve your sense of well-being, strengthen your body and put you in the right shape to give birth. For example, the programmes help relieve the back pain and tension that often occur during pregnancy as the expanding stomach shifts the body’s centre of gravity. The programmes also reduce the occurrence of typical pregnancy-related problems, such as constipation, heavy legs and varicose veins. We pay special attention here to pelvic floor and torso training, movement, posture training and breathing and relaxation exercises.
