Fit2ride – functional full body workout for riders
Fit2ride combines training positions drawn from Yoga and Pilates as well as strengthening, stretching, physiotherapy and breathing techniques.
Doing the exercises improve core stability, balance, flexibility and stamina. The aim of Fit2ride is to strengthen the body by the functional strengthening and stabilisation of the entire musculoskeletal system so that both rider and horse stay happy and healthy.
5 Fit2ride lessons:
- CHF 230.– per person for a group of 5 people
- CHF 195.– per person (group of 6 or more)
Jacqueline Michaud, a rider with many years’ experience, has been giving lessons in personal fitness training, personal coaching and nutrition to individuals and groups since 1998 and has been running her own training centre in Zug since 2004.
